Refund policy
1. Returns and Replacements
- Damaged/Defective Items: If you receive a damaged, defective, or misprinted item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at ephtdesigns@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue.
- No Returns for Change of Mind: As our items are custom-printed on demand via Gelato, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect size selection, change of mind, or buyer's remorse.
- Replacement Process: If your claim is approved, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost to you, rather than a refund.
2. Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs for returns due to errors on our part (e.g., damaged items) are covered by us.
- If an item is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, a reshipping fee may apply.
3. Refunds
- Refunds are only issued if a replacement cannot be provided.
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 15 business days.
4. Packages Lost in Transit
- For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
