Refund policy

1. Returns and Replacements

  • Damaged/Defective Items: If you receive a damaged, defective, or misprinted item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at ephtdesigns@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue.
  • No Returns for Change of Mind: As our items are custom-printed on demand via Gelato, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect size selection, change of mind, or buyer's remorse.
  • Replacement Process: If your claim is approved, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost to you, rather than a refund. 

2. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs for returns due to errors on our part (e.g., damaged items) are covered by us.
  • If an item is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, a reshipping fee may apply. 

3. Refunds

  • Refunds are only issued if a replacement cannot be provided.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 15 business days. 

4. Packages Lost in Transit

  • For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. 

5. How to Initiate a Return

  • Please email ephtdesigns@gmail.com with your order number and, for damaged goods, a photo of the item.
